Aarti

Aarti is lead trainer for our Online Yoga Teacher Training Courses. She started her journey in Paris attending ballet and workout classes. After moving to Tenerife, she completed 2017 her Yoga Teacher Training Course with Gayatri Yoga, and continued her studies of Krama Vinyasa with Pure Yoga Canarias.Her passion for yoga continued as she discovered the aerial hammock, and deepened her studies with another Yoga Teacher Training in Aerial Yoga. She is running her own Yoga & Aerial Arts Studio since 2019. Her extensive knowledge in isometric training allows her to focus her classes in core work and stability.
