Aakash Yoga Shala

In 2018, Paula traveled to Rishikesh, India, where she completed her 200-hour Teacher Training at Rishikul Yogshala. In 2021, she earned her 500-hour RYT certification under the guidance of her primary teacher, Yogi Charu (Saviritri Yoga Shala), with whom she continues to study closely. In addition, she holds training certifications in Yoga Nidra, Meditation, and Restorative Yoga.Paula’s wish is to share the ancient teachings of yoga in a way that resonates with the modern world, bridging tradition and contemporary life with authenticity, compassion, and creativity.
