Nestled just an hour and a half north of Atlanta, Georgia, this picturesque location offers over 80 acres of stunning landscapes, including a swimmable spring-fed lake, outdoor gathering areas, and hiking trails that invite exploration and connection with nature.

The Heartwood Retreat is organized by Cheri Flake, affectionately known as "The Stress Therapist." With over 20 years of experience in counseling, meditation, and workshops, Cheri is dedicated to teaching meditation in an engaging and approachable manner.
Additionally, our team includes Christina, a skilled yoga instructor with a rich background in Ayurveda and trauma release, ensuring that guests receive well-rounded support throughout their retreat experience.
