With a heartfelt commitment to personal development and a nurturing approach, Catarina brings over 10 years of coaching experience, while Nuno, a passionate surfer and chef, adds a grounded energy to your adventure. Together, they create a loving environment that fosters growth, healing, and connection. Their little son, Tomé, also adds to the warmth that envelops the retreat! ❤️

Our retreat is nestled in a peaceful valley just outside Ericeira, Portugal. You'll enjoy the comfort of your private caravan, equipped with a kitchenette and bathroom, allowing you to experience privacy and tranquility. Step outside, and you’ll be greeted by stunning views of the valley and the historic Mafra Monastery, perfect for moments of relaxation or journaling. With local cafés and the beautiful São Julião beach nearby, you have the best of nature and community at your doorstep.

🍽️ Food & Nourishment

While meals are not included, you’ll have the flexibility to prepare your own using the kitchenette in your caravan. This allows you to cater to your dietary preferences at your own pace.
