This retreat focuses on the joy and inspiration that arises when we feel united with the magnificent beauty of nature. Over four days and three nights, participants will engage in various practices inspired by Buddhist secular teachings, particularly the four divine abodes: Loving Kindness, Sympathetic Joy, Compassion, and Equanimity. Through introspective sessions, campfire circles, and delightful conversations, we aim to create a space for healing and personal growth.
