Jessi has dedicated her life to dance and creative movement, enriching her teachings with insights gained from international nonprofit work in Guatemala. She emphasizes the rhythm of breath and organic movement in her flowing Vinyasa classes.
Kelly, inspired by her journey into Thai Yoga Massage, has honed her craft internationally. The first American to complete the masters program in Osteothai, Kelly offers a unique, culturally rich approach to teaching that emphasizes playful exploration and holistic well-being.
