The Rest & Reconnect Retreat is designed for individuals seeking deep rest and renewal. Our unique theme for this retreat focuses on Healing Through Food & the Earth. Through immersive workshops, daily yoga classes, and nourishing meals, you will explore how food can be medicine for the body while reconnecting with your natural rhythms and the earth’s wisdom.

The cost for the retreat is US$912 for a shared room. Additionally, we offer a Deluxe Private Room with an ensuite for US$1,132.

👩‍🏫 Organizer & Teaching Team

At the helm of our retreats is Esther Kalaba, a passionate somatic psychotherapist and art therapist. As the founder of The SEED Lodge and the director of the People of the Prana, Esther leads participants in breathing and mindfulness practices tailored to support emotional and mental well-being.

🌲 Retreat Center & Location

The SEED Lodge is a hidden gem set amidst 60 acres of enchanting forest and farmland. Just a short distance from Rocklyn and close to popular outdoor destinations like Blue Mountain and the Bruce Trail, our lodge provides a sanctuary for creativity, rest, and connection. Accommodating up to 20 guests, we offer comfortable private and semi-private rooms, a communal kitchen and dining area, and serene spaces designed for relaxation and reflection.

Our meals are thoughtfully crafted to support both body and soul. Expect a vibrant, plant-based menu featuring fresh-pressed juices, warming soups, colorful salads, and wholesome vegan dishes made from seasonal, organic ingredients.
