👫 Organizer & Teaching Team

Lead by Kru Amy, a passionate yoga instructor with over a decade of experience, our team is dedicated to fostering a supportive and uplifting atmosphere. Kru Amy completed 200 hours of yoga training in 2016 and furthered her qualifications with an additional 300 hours in 2023, specializing in Anusaranga and Hatha Vinyasa flow.

The Freedom Urban Retreat and Homestay are ideally located just 9 minutes by car from Chiang Mai International Airport. You’ll find local and vegan restaurants, as well as convenience stores, within walking distance, making it easy to explore the local flavors of Chiang Mai.

While meals are not included in the retreat package, you'll have plenty of options nearby! Savor delicious local cuisine at various restaurants, including vegetarian and vegan options. Plus, a convenience store is conveniently just across the street for any additional snacks and supplies.
