The Rise & Release Retreat integrates strategy, healing, and sisterhood to support women through the emotional and logistical challenges of divorce. Led by Cat, a nationally certified High-Conflict Divorce & Custody Coach, this retreat focuses on evidence-based techniques that equip you with the skills needed for effective co-parenting, boundary-setting, communication, and decision-making.

Throughout your stay, you will participate in guided workshops including a transformative guided rage workshop and somatic practices designed to release grief, anger, and tension that may have built up over time. This holistic approach will help you move forward into a future filled with peace and ease.
