Meet Angela, a passionate mindfulness teacher and yoga instructor. Angela's personal journey with mindfulness inspired her to share its benefits with others. She has trained extensively and established a cozy retreat center nestled in North-East Scotland, where guests can experience peace, learn, and grow. Outside of retreats, she actively coaches mindfulness in workplaces and supports one-on-one mindfulness sessions.
