Our comprehensive 28-day, 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) is designed for both aspiring teachers and those wishing to deepen their yoga practice. Combining various styles like Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, and Aerial Yoga, this immersive program includes yoga philosophy, anatomy, pranayama, meditation, and Ayurvedic concepts. You will leave not only with a Yoga Alliance certificate but also with a deeper understanding of yoga's transformative power.

Each participant will enjoy the following:

• 24 nights accommodation in our serene retreat center
• Free pick-up and drop-off from Dehradun Airport
• Three daily yogic meals (except Sundays)
