With over two decades of experience in yoga and wellness, Sandra brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her teachings. Her journey began in Amsterdam in 2001, leading her to Jordan where she now works closely with her herd of Arab horses, facilitating healing connections for participants through yoga, breathwork, and the wisdom of horses.
