Our retreat spans 10 days and 9 nights at Alejandro’s holistic wellness center, beautifully located near the Arenal Volcano and the stunning Arenal Lake. With a focus on detoxification, daily yoga, and connection to nature, this program offers the perfect blend of relaxation and personal growth.

Your retreat package includes:

• 9 nights of accommodation in a comfortable private room with a private bathroom
• Daily healthy cuisine (breakfast, lunch, dinner) with coffee, tea, or natural juices
• Morning yoga classes (75 minutes) every day from 7 to 8:15 AM
• Regenerative afternoon yoga classes on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays from 3 to 4 PM
• Daily access to our spa circuit for one hour, featuring a jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna
• Access to permaculture farm, trails, pool, and facilities
